About Quatra:

Quatra is an international company based in Lokeren, Belgium. The Swedish part of the company has its headquarters in Norrköping with external warehouses in several locations across Sweden.

The service we provide at Quatra is the collection of used cooking oil from restaurants, the food industry, municipalities, and more. The collected used cooking oil is then processed to create an environmentally friendly fuel for aircraft, boats, and vehicles.

The Role at Quatra:

The role of a planner at Quatra is very diverse, where you will take on significant responsibility for our drivers across Sweden. The role primarily involves planning, optimizing, and streamlining driving routes. You will have daily communication with our drivers to maintain and deliver the best service to our customers. A considerable amount of customer service tasks is also included in this role, such as following up with existing customers and managing new customers.

· Planning driving routes

· Monitoring intervals and frequencies with our customers

· Proactively contacting customers via phone and email

· Entering customer visits into our CRM system

Who are you?

In this role, we place great emphasis on your personality and are therefore looking for someone who is social, engaged, and unpretentious. You should be a person full of energy who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

· Completed at least upper secondary education

· Excellent geographical knowledge and analytical ability to quickly and effectively find logistics solutions for accurate customer service.

· Ability to work in an open and directive corporate culture, with a practical mentality and quick changes.

· Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

· Unpretentious and able to work both independently and in a team

· Proficient in Excel, web portals, and track & trace systems to work effectively.

· Driver's license - B manual

· Previous experience in customer service and logistics is an advantage

Type of Employment:

· 100% permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.
